Referee's Remarks: Weather Conditions: very pleasant condition.
Field condition: Excellent

Catholic Memorial scored several times, but it was hard fought against Point's defensive. CM's passing and forward running was able to open gaps in Point's defensive line. CM's forwards managed to steal several balls with quick counter-attack at the rucks and pouching.

Point wasn't able to mount a score during the match as CM had a very strong disciplined line defense and was able to pouch the ball from Point during open play.

Point was able to mount some strong and aggressive inside forward play, but wasn't able to maintain possession after three or four series.

Issues: The scrum had several mechanical concerns coming together because of inexperence.

Both sides played within the spirit of rugby and sportsmenship.
