Milwaukee Scylla 2016

Our state continues to be well represented in the latest national rankings from The Rugby Breakdown for senior women's Division 2 clubs.

The Milwaukee Scylla claimed the No. 1 spot for the rankings from Oct. 11. The Scylla are dominating the Midwest D2's West 2 league and will likely remain a national favorite as the fall season begins to wrap up. You can LIKE the Scylla on Facebook here for more updates.

From the article: Last year’s top two DII teams are no longer in the running, as champion Life West will follow a DI playoff pathway in 2016-17, and Wisconsin is now competing in the Midwest’s DI. Wisconsin regularly singled out Milwaukee Scylla as their best competition, and lamented the national championship set-up that affords one berth per region. With Wisconsin out of the way, this year is the Scylla’s chance to live up to their neighbor’s endorsement, and the team’s off to a good start. Twin Cities is still in the league and providing good competition, and the Menagerie is not to be looked past either. Read the full article here ...
