The Wisconsin Rugby Union has biannual meetings at locations chosen by the membership.
There will be a General Meeting Sunday, March 3rd, 2013 at the Stadium View Bar and Grille which can be located at 1963 Holmgren Way in Green Bay, WI. The collegiate breakout sessions for mens and womens will be at 11 AM, with the General Meeting beginning at noon. Every team is strongly encouraged to send a representative and failing to do so could possibly result in fines being levied against your club.

As all of you should already know, there will be a Level 200 Coaching Clinic being hosted in Green Bay on Saturday, March 2nd. The clinic is completely booked and no walk-ins will be allowed. We encourage all coaches who are already registered to spend the night in Green Bay on Saturday, and participate in the General Meeting on Sunday. The Green Bay RFC has secured a a $60/night rate at the AmericInn Lodge & Suites, located at 2032 Velp Ave., Green Bay, WI 54303 and having phone number (920) 434-9790.
